Farm workers continue to be denied the opportunity to join a union because of intimidation by growers and their agents.
As of June 16, 2011 the bill was delivered to Governor Brown and he has 12 days to sign or veto the bill
SALEF has joined the efforts with UFW to ask Governor Brown to sign the bill that will give famr workers the opportunity to seek for better treatments thorugh unions
